- Click View Details on any card to see a quick overview of the day's workout and get a link to the full protocol.
- Use the "Completed" checkbox on each card to track your progress. Your completed workouts will be saved in your browser.
- The calendar automatically highlights your next scheduled workout with a bright blue border.
- Use the "Jump to..." dropdown to quickly open the Google Form for any workout in the current training phase.
